摘　　要：通过与女性护理人员比较,从应急反应能力、体能、精密仪器使用、性别、性格特征、事业心、学习能力、应变能力等多方面,分析总结男护士在突发乙型脑炎疫情应急救治护理应对中的优势,探讨男护士的发展前景。通过分析发现男护士拥有诸多优势,在重症医学科突发乙型脑炎疫情时能做到正确护理应对。By comparing with female nurses,we analyze and summarize male nurses'emergency treatment and nursing care for emergencies of epidemic encephalitis B encephalitis in terms of emergency response ability,physical fitness,use of precision instruments,gender,personality characteristics,professionalism,learning ability,and response ability.In response to the advantages,explore the development prospects of male nurses.Through analysis,it is found that male nurses have many advantages,which can help the critical care medicine department to perform correct nursing response when a epidemic encephalitis B epidemic occurs.
