摘 要:为了提高选煤效率,降低经济成本,对煤矿弹跳拣选方法进行研究。通过理论分析得出煤矿弹跳抛射的距离公式,确定其主要的影响因素为煤矿摩擦系数、碰撞恢复系数以及结构和工作参数。通过三维建模软件建立弹跳拣选设备模型,利用离散元法分析软件EDEM对煤矿在弹跳拣选设备上的运动过程进行模拟,分析对比溜槽倾斜角和弹性滚筒转速对煤矿弹跳抛射的距离的影响,确定了弹跳距离差最大时的工作参数,研究结果对于煤矿弹跳拣选机构设计及优化有重要指导意义。In order to improve the efficiency of coal preparation and reduce the economic cost,this paper studies the method of coal mine leap-bound picking.Through theoretical analysis,the formula of coal mine bouncing distance is determined,and it is found that the main influencing factors are coal mine friction coefficient,collision recovery coefficient,structure and working parameters.By using a 3D modeling software,the model of leap-bound picking equipment is established.The coal mine movement process of leapbound picker is simulated by using discrete element method and EDEM software.The influence of chute inclination angle and elastic roller rotation speed on bouncing and throwing distance of coal mine is analyzed and compared,and the working parameters when the bouncing distance difference is maximum are determined.Research results in this paper are of important guiding significance for the design and optimization of coal mine leap-bound picking mechanism.
