摘 要:测试了三台典型起重机的机构带载运行参数,获得了电流、功率和耗电量曲线以及功率因数和机构效率值,分析对比了直接驱动、转子串电阻调速和变频调速三种方式对运行性能的影响。测试结果表明:变频调速方式对抑制尖峰电流和提高功率因数作用最明显,对大车运行机构的效率提升明显;转子串电阻调速能抑制一部分尖峰电流,同时能量反馈机制能提升机构效率;直接驱动方式使用在要求不高的小型设备上,具有一定的节能优势。The operating parameters of three typical cranes under load were tested,and the curves of current,power and power consumption,power factor and mechanism efficiency were obtained.Effects of direct drive,rotor series resistance speed regulation and variable frequency speed regulation on operating performance were compared.The test results show that frequency conversion speed regulation has the most obvious effect on suppressing peak current and improving power factor,and can obviously improve the efficiency of cart running mechanism;rotor series resistance speed regulation can suppress a part of peak current,and energy feedback mechanism can improve mechanism efficiency;small equipment with low requirements can have certain energy-saving advantages by adopting direct drive mode.
