摘  要:太阳能聚光光伏发电技术具有聚光比高、电池材料耗费少、光电转化效率高等优点,是太阳能发电的重要方式之一。介绍了太阳能聚光光伏发电的工作原理以及近年来光伏聚光器的最新研究进展,对不同类型光伏聚光器的聚光原理、设计方法和性能特点进行了分析和总结。在聚光器设计方面,采用二次聚光和光波导的方法,可以获得较高的聚光比和较均匀的能流分布,从而获得更高的光电转化效率;在聚光器材料方面,采用聚合物做透镜和光波导,可以减轻模组重量,降低材料成本;在生产工艺方面,采用模压和注塑的方法,降低了生产成本,易于实现批量生产,并能够更好地控制产品质量。随着光伏聚光器成本的降低、聚光性能的提高以及多结太阳能电池的发展,太阳能聚光光伏发电技术将得到更广泛的应用。Solar concentrating photovoltaic technology has the advantages of high concentration ratio,such as less battery material consumption, high photoelectric conversion efficiency. In this paper, the working principle of the solar concentrating photovoltaic and the latest research progress of the photovoltaic concentrators in recent years are presented.The concentrating theory,design methods and performance characteristics of the different photovoltaic concentrators are analyzed and summarized. By using the secondary concentrator and the optical waveguide,the higher concentration ratio and more uniform flux distribution is obtained. The photoelectric conversion efficiency is improved. The polymer materials is used in the concentrator,so that the cost of the lens and waveguide can be reduced. The methods of molding and injection molding are used in processing of the concentrator. It is not only to beneficial to reduce the cost of the concentrator,achieve mass production,but also is better to control the production quality. With the reduction of the cost of photovoltaic concentrator,the improvement of the concentrating performance and the development of multi junction solar cells,the solar concentrating photovoltaic technology will be widely used.
