城郊A级景区住宿满意度及影响因素研究——以贵阳青岩古镇为例

摘　　要：城郊休闲型景区由于靠近市中心且交通便利,常常难以吸引游客选择在此住宿。城郊A级景区是否需要大量投入建设住宿设施,如何吸引游客停留住宿,是一个值得研究的问题。本文以贵阳城郊景区青岩古镇为例,通过实地考察与问卷调查的方法,对当前景区旅游住宿的环境质量、价格水平、配套服务设施等方面进行了分析,发现当前城郊景区旅游住宿存在的问题,并提出相应对策与措施,为提升城郊景区住宿服务质量提供参考。Due to the close proximity to the city center and convenient transportation,it is often difficult to attract tourists to stay here.It is worth studying whether the suburban A-level scenic spot needs to invest a lot in the construction of accommodation facilities and how to attract tourists to stay and stay here.Taking a suburban scenic area as an example,Qingyan Ancient Town,through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey method,the current tourism accommodation environment quality,the price level,supporting service facilities and so on are analyzed,and some current problems of suburban scenic tourist lodging wad found.This paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures,and provided a reference for improving the quality of suburban scenic spot accommodation services.
