摘　　要：针对光学防抖镜头模组整体结构复杂、零部件较多、间隔空间狭小、传统点胶需要人工多且存在不良率高的问题,设计光学防抖镜头模组3D点胶设备。利用智能激光校准系统自动调整光学防抖镜头模组角度,通过X伺服电缸、Y伺服电缸、Z伺服电缸、R伺服电缸定位点胶位置后,实现3D精准点胶,提高工作效率和产品质量。In order to solve the problems of complex structure,many parts,narrow space,more manual dispensing and high defect rate of optical anti shake lens module,a 3D dispensing equipment for optical anti shake lens module is proposed.Using the intelligent laser calibration system to automatically adjust the angle of the optical anti shake lens module,and accurately locate the dispensing position through X servo cylinder,Y servo cylinder,Z servo cylinder and R servo cylinder,and then carry out 3D dispensing,which can achieve precise dispensing and improve the working efficiency and product quality.
