摘  要:介绍了钢管生产线用激光切割装置的工作原理、设备组成、作业流程及应用效果。应用结果表明;激光切割钢管,断面质量满足生产要求;工模具成本大幅降低;安装时生产线改动小,施工周期短,不影响生产。Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of a laser cutting system for the steel tube production line,including the working principle,the equipment configuration,the operation process flow and the applicationefectiveness.The actual application result shows that using laser to cut the steel pipe is capable of meeting the productionrequirement for pipe cross section quality;the costs for the tools and dies are remarkably reduced;installation of thesystem just results in very little modification of the existing production line propef,and the short construction timeproduces no negative influence on normal production activities.
