摘　　要：目的了解社会资本与居民求医行为的关系,全面探讨影响居民求医行为的影响因素,引导居民合理就医。方法采用多阶段随机抽样方法,选取成都市各家庭中两周内患病的居民为本次研究对象,采用面对面问卷调查的方式收集资料,运用多分类Logistic回归探讨社会资本等因素对研究对象求医行为的影响。结果本次共调查成都市居民3308人,其中两周患病人数为1170人。两周患病居民的就业情况、是否患有慢性病、饮酒情况以及自感疾病严重程度会影响居民的求医行为;在控制了以上因素后,宏观社会资本中的养老保障制度与卫生资源配置会对居民的求医行为产生影响。结论引导居民合理就医,需要相关医疗机构加强对于居民的健康教育工作、加强对于慢性病患者的主动管理、保障就业人员的基本医疗服务利用;同时也需要相关部门拓宽医疗卫生机构的服务范围,完善老年人养老保障制度。Objective To understand the relationship between social capital and residents'seeking medical behavior,explore the factors to influence residents'medical seeking behavior,and guide residents'reasonable medical seeking behaviors.Methods Residents who were sick in two weeks were chosen with multi-stage random sampling method in Chengdu and surveyed with face-to-face questionnaire interviews.The factors to influence residents'medical seeking behavior were studied with multinomial Logistic regression.Results A total of 3308 residents were surveyed,in which 1170 were sick in two weeks.Residents'employment,chronic diseases,drinking and self-reported illness severity were factors to influence their medical seeking behavior.After controlling these factors,the pension security system and allocation of health resources of macro social capital had an impact on residents’medical seeking behavior.Conclusion To guide residents*reasonable medical seeking behavior,it is necessary for relevant medical institutions to strengthen health education on residents,reinforce active management on patients with chronic diseases,and ensure the basic medical services for employment.At the same time,relevant departments need to expand the service scope of medical and health institutions and improve the pension security system for the elderly.
