苏通GIL综合管廊SF6气体排除方案研究

摘　　要：苏通GIL综合管廊穿越长江,是目前国内埋深最深、水压最高的地下隧道工程,管廊中安装的GIL设备是目前世界上电压等级最高、输送容量最大的GIL设备。由于长江中无法增设通风井,通风区段达到5468.5m,且GIL管道内充满SF6绝缘气体,当发生事故时可能会泄漏,需要将气体排出管廊外。本文通过CFD数值模拟的方式研究事故状态下SF6泄漏时的排除方案,通过模拟结果显示:由于SF6气体比空气重,因此SF6气体会下沉隧道底部,且在通风过程中始终保持在底部流动;主通道SF6排除建议采用主通道通风系统+SF6专用排风系统的组合方式;主通道部分负荷时,SF6专用排风系统的效果优于主通道满负荷时;仅通过主通道通风系统无法将SF6气体从工作井底部带至室外地面,需在工作井底部增加SF6排除风口,风口设于工作井底部。Sutong GIL comprehensive pipe gallery crossing the Yangtze River is the underground tunnel project with the deepest buried depth and the highest water pressure in China.The GIL equipment installed in the pipe gallery is the GIL equipment with the highest voltage level and the largest transmission capacity in the world.As there is no ventilation shaft in the Yangtze River,the ventilation section reaches 5.468km,and the GIL pipeline is full of SF6 insulating gas,which may leak in case of an accident,so it is necessary to discharge the gas out of the pipe gallery,and there is little research on SF6 gas removal in the pipe gallery.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to study the elimination strategy of SF6 leakage in the accident state.The simulation results show that:because SF6 gas is heavier than air,SF6 gas will sink at the bottom of the tunnel and keep flowing at the bottom all the time during the ventilation process;the combination of main channel ventilation system and SF6 special exhaust system is recommended for main channel SF6 removal;when the main channel is partially loaded,The effect of SF6 special exhaust system is better than that of full load of main channel;SF6 gas can not be brought to the outdoor ground from the bottom of working shaft only through the ventilation system of main channel,so it is necessary to add SF6 air outlet at the bottom of working shaft,and the air outlet is set at the bottom of working shaft.
