摘 要:目的汞离子(Hg^2+)是具有极强毒性的重金属离子,给人造成危害,发展快速、灵敏和低成本的Hg^2+检测方法意义重大。方法通过“汞离子”、“T-Hg^2+-T型生物传感器”和“检测”等中文关键词及对应的英文关键词在CNKI、Google scholar和Web of Science等数据库中进行文献检索,并对文献进行整理。结果归纳总结了近5年来基于T-Hg^2+-T型结构在荧光传感器、比色传感器、电化学传感器和拉曼散射传感器等检测中的应用。结论作为一种Hg^2+识别方法,T-Hg^2+-T型结构可搭载一系列的生物传感器,具有快捷、灵敏和成本低廉等显著优点,在Hg^2+快速检测领域中具有重要的作用。Objective Mercury ion(Hg2+) is a highly toxic heavy metal ion that can cause harm to people. It is important to develop rapid, sensitive and low-cost Hg2+detection methods. Methods The Chinese keywords such as "mercury ion", "THg2+-T biosensor" and "detection", as well as corresponding English keywords, were searched in various databases such as CNKI, Google Scholar and Web of Science, then the literature were sorted out. Results The application of T-Hg2+-T structure in fluorescence sensor, colorimetric sensor, electrochemical sensor and raman scattering sensor in recent 5 years are summarized. Conclusion As a Hg2+identification method, the T-Hg2+-T structure can be equipped to a series of biosensors. It has obvious advantages such as fast, sensitive and low cost, and plays an important role in the field of Hg2+ rapid detection.
