摘 要:目的利用质量控制理论及信息系统技术构建质量控制信息系统,实现实验室质量控制信息化管理。方法分析实验室质量控制的要素,以微软Visual Studio、SQL Server数据库为平台,采用Browser/Server模式、JQuery等技术,通过对接实验室信息管理系统接口,设置有效的质量控制目标及规则,完成实验室质量控制信息系统的建立与运行。结果应用全过程节点控制措施,实现质量控制指标即时显示、质量控制图的自动绘制、自动判定。结论综合运用信息系统在统计、信息交互的优势,保证了检测结果的准确性和可靠性,采用信息化监控方式对实验室内部质量控制,操作简单,节约时间,减少了质控过程中的失误,提高了工作效率。Objective To establish a Quality Control information system by using the quality control theory and technologies of information system.Methods The laboratory quality control information system was established by using Microsoft Visual Studio software in Browser/Server model and J Query language.The database was set up in SQL Server database.Then,the effective quality control objectives and rules were tested and confirmed.Results An information management system was designed,which characterized by real-time display of quality control indicators,automatically drawing and evaluating quality control chart.Conclusion The advantage of information systems in statistics and information interaction was to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.The process of quality control was becoming simple,time-saving,low error rate,and working efficiency was improved.
