摘 要:为了研究泡状纸蜂窝芯复合板的厚度对材料动态缓冲性能的影响,通过正交试验设计方法分析复合板材动态缓冲性能的主要影响因素,再根据动态压缩实验所得最大加速度静应力曲线和缓冲系数最大应力曲线比较泡状纸蜂窝芯复合板、纤维纸蜂窝夹芯结构复合平板及蜂窝纸板的动态缓冲性能,分析不同厚度的泡状纸蜂窝芯复合板、纤维纸蜂窝夹芯结构复合平板及蜂窝纸板在受到600 mm处坠落的不同重量重锤冲击时的加速度响应。结果表明,与其他两种板材相比,泡状纸蜂窝芯复合板具有较好的动态缓冲性能。The paper aims to research on the influence of the thickness of paper honeycomb board with bubble cores on dynamic cushioning performance of the material.The main factors influencing the dynamic cushioning performance of the composite board were analyzed by Orthogonal experimental design.According to the maximum acceleration-static stress curve(G max-σst)and the maximum cushioning coefficient(C-σmax),which were obtained from the dynamic compression experiment,the dynamic cushioning performance of the paper honeycomb board with bubble cores and composite plate of fiber paper honeycomb sandwich structure and honeycomb cardboard were compared.The acceleration values of bubble paper honeycomb core composite board,composite plate and honeycomb board with different thickness were obtained when they were impacted by different weights of heavy hammer falling at 600mm.Compared with the other two kinds of plates,the bubbly composite board has better dynamic buffering performance and great use value.
