摘  要:风机存在超速切机保护,大规模风机超速切机将对电网产生较大冲击,影响电网安全运行。对河北省南部电网"3.18"风机大规模脱网事件进行回顾,通过仿真方式分析该事件对河北省南部电网的电压和频率影响,计算河北省南部电网50%和100%风机瞬时切出情况下,系统的电压和频率波动,根据仿真结果给出大规模风机的并网运行建议及安全防范措施,对保障电网安全运行和提升新能源消纳水平具有积极意义。The wind turbines are protected by overspeed generator-shedding,large-scale of wind turbines cut-out will have a great impact on the power grid and affect the safe operation.Firstly,the process of the"3.18"large-scale wind turbines cut-out event of south Hebei power grid is reviewed,the influence of this event on the voltage and frequency of Hebei South network is analyzed by simulation.Furthermore,the voltage and frequency fluctuation of the system are calculated under the condition of50%and 100%of the fans are cut off instantaneously.According to the simulation results,the suggestions and safety precautions for the operation of large-scale fans in the south hebei network are given.The achievements obtained in this paper have positive significance for ensuring the safe operation of power grid and improving the consumption level of new energy.
