过氧化氢处理变色工业硫酸

摘　　要：公司浓度98%的工业硫酸因生产异常出现茶棕色现象,对其进行分析处理,浓度30%的工业过氧化氢可以在生产过程中有效去除工业硫酸中的茶棕色。过氧化氢处理茶棕色工业硫酸时用量少,且对工业硫酸的质量没有影响,同时处理费用和人工成本低。The phenomenon of tea brown appeared in 98 % of the industrial sulfuric acid due to abnormal production in the company, and which was analyzed and treated. 30 % of the industrial hydrogen peroxide could effectively remove the tea brown in industrial sulfuric acid during production. Hydrogen peroxide treatment of tea brown sulfuric acid of the amount was a few, and no effect on the quality of sulfuric acid, and also low cost of use and labor.
