摘 要:本文主要研究了以马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)作为增溶剂的聚丙烯(PP)/纳米蒙脱土(n-MMT)共混单丝的制备,及其PP-g-MAH的用量对共混体系结构和性能的影响。结果表明,n-MMT添加量为3%时,PP-g-MAH含量为5%时,共混单丝中n-MMT分散均匀、拉伸强度也最佳,所以选取最优添加量为5%。In this paper, the preparation of polypropylene(PP)/nano montmorillonite(n-MMT)/monofilament with maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH) as compatibilizer and the effect of the amount of PP-g-MAH on the structure and properties of the blend system were studied. The results showed that when the ammount of n-MMT was 3 % and the content of PP-g-MAH was 5 %, the dispersity of n-MMT in the matrix was uniform and the tensile strength of the fiber was the best. Therefore, the optimal amount of n-mmt was 5 %.
