摘 要:用硫酸对羽毛进行了酸浸活化,并用分光光度法研究了活化羽毛对甲基橙的吸附行为,分别对活化羽毛的用量,反应时间,反应温度,甲基橙溶液的pH四个单因素对吸附效果的影响进行了探究。实验表明最佳单因素吸附条件分别为:活化羽毛的用量为3.0g,反应时间为240 min,反应温度为30℃,溶液的pH为6,偏中性。以最佳单因素吸附条件为基础,进行四因素三水平的正交试验,确定了活化羽毛吸附甲基橙的最优方案为:活化羽毛的用量为2.5 g,反应时间为240 min,反应温度为30℃,溶液p H为8,偏碱性。研究表明,活化羽毛对甲基橙吸附的等温线符合弗洛因德利希等温线模型,并且可得出活化羽毛对甲基橙的吸附容易进行,伪二级动力学模型能很好的解释活化羽毛对甲基橙的吸附作用,在整个吸附过程中,吸附速率主要受化学吸附的控制,液膜扩散和颗粒内扩散起辅助作用。This experiment using sulfuric acid pickling activation of feather and spectrophotometric method to study the activation feathers of the adsorption behavior of methyl orange. The methyl orange removal capacity was studied under four single factors, such as the dosage of active feathers, the time of reaction, the temperature of reaction and the pH of the methyl orange solution. Through the adsorption experiment, the results showed that adsorption can acquire the optimal adsorption effect under the following conditions: dosage of activation feathers is 3 g, reaction time is 240 min, the temperature is 30 ℃, pH is 6. After near the best single factor adsorption condition we have made the four factors three levels orthogonal experiment, and adsorption experiments determined the optimal solution: dosage of activation feathers is 2.5 g,reaction time is 240 min, the temperature is 30 ℃, p H is 8.Adsorption isotherm accords with the Freundlich isothermal adsorption., and it can be concluded that adsorption of methyl orange was easier for activation feather, pseudo secondary kinetic model can well explain the activation feathers adsorption of methyl orange in the whole process of adsorption, adsorption rate was mainly controlled by chemical adsorption, liquid film diffusion and particle diffusion were in a supplementary role.
