摘　　要：对某石化企业0.6 Mt/a CDAlky@硫酸烷基化装置的生产现状进行了总结,分析原料组成、工艺条件等因素对烷基化油产品的影响,结合装置性能考核结果,通过优化调整流程和改善原料组成,实验表明在碳四经水洗萃取、精馏分离二甲醚和丙烷后,再进选择性加氢处理后,当碳四原料中丁二烯、二甲醚等杂质含量低于100 ppm等条件下,烷基化油产品辛烷值可以达到97以上。Summarize the production status of 0.6 MM TPY sulfuric alkylation unit of a petrochemical enterprise, analyzed the influence of feedstock composition and process conditions on alkylate product, combine with the plant performance test, through optimizing process adjustment and feedstock composition, the experiment result showed that after C4 go through water washing extraction and rectification to separate DME and propane, and then go through SHU, when the content of impurities such as butadiene and dim-ethyl ether in C4 feedstock is less than 100 ppm, the octane number of the alkylate product can reach more than 97.
