摘　　要：以某石化厂改造项目中的实例,对储罐改变使用用途的过程进行了叙述。介绍了对旧储罐的改造、合理的规划钢制内浮顶的结构及尺寸并制定完善的施工方案,能使罐壁为搭接结构的拱顶罐改造成为钢制内浮顶储罐,使其满足改变储存介质和达到石油化工防火规范中的要求。Taking an example of a petrochemical plant reconstruction project, the process of changing the use of storage tanks is described. This paper introduces the transformation of the old storage tank, the reasonable planning of the structure and size of the steel inner floating roof, and the formulation of a perfect construction scheme, which can transform the vault tank with overlapping wall into the steel inner floating roof storage tank, so that it can meet the requirements of changing the storage medium and meeting the requirements of the petrochemical fire protection code.
