摘　　要：《发酵工艺实验》是内蒙古科技大学生物工程专业的核心必修课程。本文根据《发酵工艺实验》课程特点,对课程思政教育设计进行了探索和实践,以期为其他专业课程开展课程思政提供一定的参考。"Fermentation technology experiment" is the core required course of bioengineering major of Inner Mongolia University of science and technology. According to the characteristics of "fermentation technology experiment" course, this paper explores and practices the design of Ideological and political teaching in order to provide some reference for other courses.
