摘　　要：本文通过对燕山石化4#蒸馏装置减压塔全塔压降上升情况的介绍,同时借鉴其他蒸馏装置同类问题的情况对比,结合广东粤首新科技有限公司对减压填料结焦问题的处理成果,总结在长周期运行过程中,减压深拔的操作条件下,如何做好减压填料结焦问题的防护和对策。Based on the introduction of the pressure drop and rise in the whole column of pressure reduction tower in no. 4 distillation unit of Yanshan Petrochemical Co., LTD., and the comparison of similar problems in other distillation units, combined with the treatment results of guangdong Yuesouxin Technology Co., LTD., this paper summarized the protection and countermeasures for the problem of pressure reduction packing coking under the operating conditions of deep pressure reduction drawing in the process of long cycle operation.
