辛安泉改扩建工程长治市屯留区供水配套工程水资源论证分析

摘　　要：辛安泉改扩建工程长治市屯留区供水配套工程是山西大水网的配套工程,一是解决屯留区内麟绛镇、路村乡和李高乡的农村生活用水问题,二是解决屯留区屯留经济技术开发区的工业用水问题以及解决路村乡、李高乡、麟绛镇等部分乡镇的农业灌溉用水问题。工程设计新增引水流量0.7 m^3/s,新增供水量2190万m^3,其中农村生活用水305万m^3,工业用水1226万m^3,农业灌溉用水659万m^3。经分析论证,完全可以满足屯留区生活、工业及农业用水。Xin’anquan Reconstruction and Expansion Project Changzhi City Tunliu District Water Supply Supporting Project is a supporting project of Shanxi’s large water network.One is to solve the rural domestic water problem of Linjiang Town,Lucun Township and Ligao Township in Tunliu District.Another is to solve the problem of water use.It includes the industrial water use in the Tunliu Economic and Technological Development Zone in the Liu District,and the agricultural irrigation water problem in some towns such as Lucun Township,Ligao Township and Linjiang Township.The project design adds 0.7 m^3/s of water diversion flow and 21.9 million m^3 of new water supply,including 3.05 million m^3 of rural domestic water,12.26 million m^3 of industrial water and 6.59 million m^3 of agricultural irrigation.After analysis and demonstration,it can fully meet the needs of domestic,industrial and agricultural water in Tunliu District.
