双因素理论视域下高校行政管理队伍激励机制初探

摘　　要：高校行政管理体现着高校的管理能力和水平,影响着高校的平稳运行和竞争力,是高校不可或缺的重要组成部分。基于此,本文从双因素理论的角度出发,分析了目前高校行政管理人员面临的问题和现状,并从保健因素和激励因素两个角度,提出了相应的意见和建议。College administration reflects the management ability and level of colleges and universities,affecting the smooth operation and competitiveness of colleges and universities,is an indispensable part of colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems and current situation faced by administrative staff in colleges and universities from the perspective of two-factor theory,and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions from the perspective of health care factors and incentive factors.
