摘  要:介绍了烯烃复分解反应在含双键橡胶改性中的应用.烯烃复分解反应可以有效降低氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)的相对分子质量,使加工性能得到明显改善.有无外加烯烃时,改性HNBR分别以线形和环状结构为主.通过烯烃复分解反应可以将丙烯酸甲酯(MA)的官能团引入到甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)中.改性后的硅橡胶作为相容剂,可以有效地改善其与丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)的相容性,使共混物的性能得到改善.通过烯烃复分解反应,可以成功地将乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTEO)中的三乙氧基引入到溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)结构中,虽然改性后的SSBR相对分子质量降低,但其白炭黑混炼胶的结合橡胶含量增加,表明其与白炭黑的相互作用增强.改性后SSBR硫化胶的拉伸强度明显提高,0℃损耗因子提高,60℃损耗因子降低,预期用于轮胎胎面,将有更高的抗湿滑性和更低的滚动阻力.Application of metathesis reaction in rubber modification was introduced.First,metathesis decreased the relative molecular weight of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)efficiently,which improved its processibility.The topology of modified HNBR was mainly in the form of linear and ring with and without the presence of olefin,respectively.With the help of metathesis,the functional group of methyl acrylate(MA)was introduced onto methyl vinyl silicone rubber(MVQ)as side groups.When the modified MVQ was added into the blend of MVQ and acrylated rubber(ACM),the compatibility and mechanical properties of the blend were improved.Trimethoxyl group was introduced onto SSBR through the metathesis reaction.The bound rubber content of silica reinforced SSBR increased apparently,although the relative molecular weight of the modified SSBR decreased,improving the rubber-filler interaction.The tensile strength of the modified SSBR also improved apparently.The loss factor increased at 0℃and decreased at 60℃.The modified SSBR was expected to have better wet skid resistance and lower rolling resistance when used as the tire tread.
