摘 要:我国博士后制度自创立30多年以来,培养了大批高层次科研领军人才,逐步探索出一条既适合我国国情实际,又有利于培育高层次科研人才和推动科技创新发展的新路子,为推动我国人才强国和科技强国战略发挥了重要支撑作用。我国博士后制度在取得长足发展和突出成效的同时,也面临诸多机遇与挑战。文章总结了我国高等院校博士后工作发展现状,分析了管理工作存在的主要问题,并提出进一步完善优化博士后规章制度等4点思考与建议。Since its establishment for more than 30 years,China’s post-doctoral system has trained a large number of high-level scientific research leaders,and gradually explored a new way to cultivate high-level scientific research talents and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation,which is not only suitable for China’s actual conditions,but also conducive to the cultivation of high-level scientific research personnel.It has played an important supporting role in promoting the strategy of strengthening China’s talent and scientific and technological power.While China’s postdoctoral system has made great progress and outstanding results,it also faces many opportunities and challenges.This paper summarizes the current situation of post-doctoral work in China’s universities and colleges,analyses the main problems existing in the management work,puts forward four thoughts and suggestions on further improving and optimizing the rules and regulations of post-doctoral work.
