摘 要:栏杆是海上平台最基本的安全防护设施,一些规范推荐了防护栏杆的结构形式,一些规范给出了栏杆的荷载要求和计算参考公式,但目前尚无专门针对海上平台栏杆的结构设计规范。通过对各规范的差异比较分析和相互引用关系论证,对海上平台栏杆的荷载适用规范进行了梳理,对主要遵循的工业防护栏杆及钢平台规范栏杆荷载进行了分析和比较,研究了建筑结构荷载规范栏杆荷载的变化历程,并通过力学计算分析和比较,给出了工业防护栏杆及钢平台栏杆荷载升版的建议,旨在为海上平台栏杆的设计提供技术参考。Guardrails are the most basic safety protection facilities for offshore platforms.Some codes recommend the structural form of guardrails,and some codes give the load requirements and calculation reference formulas for the guardrails.However,there is no specific structural design code for offshore platform guardrail.Through comparative analysis of difference between each code and the demonstration of mutual references,the applicable codes for the load of offshore platform guardrails are sorted out,the load of main industrial protective guardrails and steel platform guardrails is analyzed and compared.The change process of guardrail load in the load code for the design of building structures is also studied.Through the mechanics calculation analysis and comparison,the suggestions for upgrading the load of the industrial protective guardrails and steel platform guardrails are given,aiming to provide technical reference for the design of offshore platform guardrails.
