摘　　要：自升式平台是一种通过桩腿及升降系统把平台举升达到一定高度,以适应不同水深及作业高度的大型装备。在作业期间,平台不需要承受普通船舶承受的摇摆及垂荡,使作业如在"平地"的状态下进行,从而能够胜任作业船舶不能完成的任务。但平台在作业前需要经过插拔桩、拖航、压载等一系列工作,故存在着很多的潜在风险。为此论述了平台在准备及作业过程中所面临的风险以及应对措施。Self elevating platform is a large-scale equipment that can be lifted to a certain height through pile legs and lifting system to adapt to different water depths and working heights.During the operation,the platform does not need to withstand the sway and heave of ordinary ships,so that the operation is carried out in a"flat ground"state,so as to be competent for the tasks that the operation ship cannot complete.However,the platform needs to go through a series of work such as pile insertion and pulling,towing and ballast before operation,so there are many potential risks.Therefore,the paper discusses the risks and countermeasures in the preparation and operation of the platform.
