摘  要:借助对交联改性聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)材料的水蒸气透过量测试、失重率测试、力学性能测试和电镜扫描等,研究了该材料的透水性能、降解性能和力学性能。结果表明,聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)的加入提高了交联改性PBS材料的断裂伸长率,降低了材料的拉伸强度、透水性能和降解性能;聚乳酸(PLA)可以提高该材料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,并提高PBS/PBAT材料的降解性能。通过聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)和聚乳酸(PLA)改性提高了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)在可降解农膜上的应用。The permeability performance,the degradation property and the mechanical property of cross-linked modified PBS material was studied by means of water vapor transmission test,weight loss rate test,mechanics performance test and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicate that the addition of polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)increases the elongation at break of the cross-linked modified PBS material,and reduces the tensile strength,water permeability and degradation performance of the material.Polylactic acid(PLA)can increase the tensile strength and elongation at break of the material,and improve the degradation property of the PBS/PBAT material.The application of PBS in degradable agricultural film is improved by modification of PBAT and PLA.
