摘　　要：新冠疫情期间,医护人员成为抗击疫情战场上的战士。虽然在党中央的领导下,全国疫情防控形势向好,但仍暴露了我国医疗卫生体系的一些不足。在医学人才培养模式方面,通过对目前存在的问题进行分析,提出人才培养的需求,并针对人才培养模式的改革提出思考和建议,为有效应对新的突发重大公共卫生事件做医疗人才的基础保障。During COVID-19, medical workers became soldiers on the battlefield to fight against the epidemic. At present, although the situation of epidemic prevention and control has shown a good trend under the leadership of the CPC central committee, this epidemic still exposes some deficiencies in medical and health system of China. In terms of medical personnel training mode, this paper analyzes the existing problems, puts forward the demand for medical talent training, and puts forward thoughts and suggestions for the reform of medical talent training mode, in order to effectively deal with new major public health emergencies as the basic guarantee for medical personnel.
