摘　　要：信息技术的快速发展,人们越来越重视人防网络建设,在提高网络信息化的条件下增加防护能力是我国人防信息化建设的主要内容。目前,我国的人防信息化水平处于一个较为落后的情况,与其他地方在系统的管理上有不同的问题,大多的管理系统体系都是参照其他地区的建设,因此有效的对人防信息理论与实践提升是信息人员要解决的重要问题。With the rapid development of information technology,people pay more and more attention to the construction of civil air defense network.The main content of civil air defense information construction in China is to increase the protection ability under the condition of improving network informatization.At present,China's civil air defense informatization level isin relatively backward,and there are different problems in the system management with other places.Most of the management systems refer to the construction of other regions.Therefore,it is an important problem for information personnel to effectively improve the theory and practice of civil air defense informatization.
