摘  要:[目的]明确贵州褐飞虱种群对杀虫剂的敏感性。[方法]采用稻苗浸渍法测定了茚虫威、三氟苯嘧啶及其组合物对3龄若虫的活性、协同作用及亚致死剂量处理后褐飞虱体内的解毒酶活力。[结果]贵州3地褐飞虱种群对茚虫威和三氟苯嘧啶均处于敏感水平;协同作用显示,该组合以5∶1时增效作用显著,其CTC为245.40,药后14 d防效达到93.04%;亚致死剂量处理48 h后,能抑制CarE活力,激活GST活力。[结论]该结果可为开发防治褐飞虱增效组合物提供参考。[Aims]This study aims to determine susceptibility of brown planthoppers to insecticides in Guizhou.[Methods]The toxicity and synergistic effect of triflumezopyrim,indoxacarb and their mixture to the 3rd instar nymph of brown planthoppers were tested by rice seedling impregnation method.Besides,the activity of detoxifying enzymes was determined in brown planthoppers treated with two insecticides and their mixture at the sublethal dose.[Results]The results of sensibility showed that the populations in three places of Guizhou were all at a sensitivity level,and the active ingredient ratio of indoxacarb and triflumezopyrim was 5∶1 had an excellent synergistic effect with the CTC of 245.40;and the control effect of this combination on brown planthoppers was as high as 93.04%after 14 days.Moreover,after 48 hours treatment at sublethal dose,it inhibited the activity of CarE and stimulated activity of GST.[Conclusions]These results will provide a reference for the innovation and development of the combination preparation for control of brown planthoppers.
