浅谈脾瘅从肝论治

摘　　要：代谢综合症是目前临床常见疾病,胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征的发病基础,根据其发生发展过程可将其归为中医"脾瘅"范畴,目前对于脾瘅的病因病机等方面已经形成较为系统的认识,文章拟从肝的角度对脾瘅的病因病机等方面进行探讨和分析,并对相关文献进行总结与探讨。Metabolic syndrome is a common clinical disease,insulin resistance is the pathogenesis basis of metabolic syndrome.Insulin resistance is mostly classified as pidan.The etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation of pidan have formed a more systematic understanding.The etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation of pidan were discussed and analyzed from the perspective of liver,and the relevant literature were summarized and discussed.
