摘  要:目的:基于网络药理学技术方法分析探讨岗松挥发油药理作用。方法:采用文献挖掘结合TCMSP、BATMAN-TCM、SEA、Swiss Target Prediction数据库收集岗松油化学成分及相关靶点,通过STRING数据库构建靶蛋白相互作用关系,利用DAVID数据库进行关键靶标的GO分析、KEGG通路富集、疾病及组织分布分析,并将分析结果导入Cytoscape软件进行可视化处理。结果:获取岗松油化学成分66个,对应靶点542个,筛选关键靶标46个,分布于32个器官组织,涉及相关疾病266种;GO和KEGG分析结果提示,岗松油可通过参与脂多糖相关反应、蛋白质定位建立的调控、细菌源分子相关反应、炎症反应等生物过程,作用于包括糖尿病并发症中的AGE-RAGE信号通路、癌症中的蛋白多糖通路、内分泌抵抗通路、IL-17信号通路在内的多种癌症、传染病、信号转导、内分泌和代谢相关通路等发挥作用。结论:本研究通过网络药理学对岗松油其发挥药理作用的活性成分、作用靶点及通路进行分析预测,为岗松油在医药方面的系统深入研发提供科学依据。Objective To study the bioactive ingredients,pharmacological effects,and mechanisms of essential oil in Baeckea frutescens L.by network pharmacology.Methods Chemical components and related targets were collected by literature and databases such as TCMSP,BATMAN-TCM,SEA and Swiss Target Prediction,and PPI network for key targets were constructed by STRING database,and analyses for GO,KEGG pathway,disease and tissue distribution were performed by the database DAVID.Results 66 chemical constituents of Baeckea frutescens essential oil and 542 corresponding targets were obtained.46 key targets were selected,which referred to 266 diseases and distributed among 32 tissues.Results of GO and KEGG suggested the essential oil of Baeckea frutescens could participate in the response to lipopoly-saccharide,the regulation of establishment of protein localization,and the response to molecule of bacterial origin.The biological processes such as sub-related reactions and inflammatory reactions played roles in cancer,infectious diseases,signal trans-duction,endocrine,and metabolism,related to pathways including the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications,the proteoglycans in cancer,endocrine resistance,and the IL-17 signaling pathway.Conclusions The bioactive ingredients,pharmacological effects,key targets,and pathways were analysed and predicted based on network pharmacology,which provided scientific basis in medicinal purpose for further research and development of the essential oil of Baeckea frutescens.
