摘　　要：从病因病机和治法方药两个方面介绍向希雄教授运用犀角地黄汤加减治疗儿童免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临证经验,向希雄教授根据多年临床经验,在治疗此病时强调"血分邪热,迫血妄行"的病机,并将"清热解毒,凉血散瘀"的治疗大法贯穿始终,在临床中取得良好疗效。附经典验案一则,以资验证,以期为儿童ITP的治疗提供参考。Immune thrombocytopenic purpura is a common immune hemorrhagic disease in children,which can occur in children of all ages. According to many years of clinical experience,Professor Xiang Xixiong emphasized the pathogenesis of "blood separating pathogenic heat and forcing blood to act in vain"in the treatment of this disease,and ran through the treatment of "clearing heat and detoxification,cooling blood and dispelling blood stasis",and achieved good clinical results. This paper introduces Professor Xiang Xixiong’s experience in the treatment of immune thrombocytopenic purpura in children with Xijiao Dihuang decoction from two aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prescription,with a classic case for verification,in order to open up ideas for the treatment of ITP in children.
