摘　　要：目的分析档案信息化建设在医院档案管理中的价值。方法随着新医改的深入开展,该院从2018年1月开始实施档案信息化建设辅助医院档案管理工作的开展。分别选取档案信息化建设前后的400份医院档案,对档案管理质量进行分级。对比两组医院档案管理优良率以及出错率。结果实施档案信息化后的医院档案管理优良率明显高于实施前(P<0.05);实施档案信息化后医院档案管理出错率明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在医院档案管理中实施档案信息化建设,能够提高医院档案管理优良率,降低管理出错率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of file information construction in hospital file management.Methods With the in-depth development of the new medical reform,the hospital began to implement archive informatization construction in January 2018 to assist the development of hospital archive management.The 400 hospital files before and after the file information construction were selected separately to classify the file management quality.Compare the excellent and error rate of file management between the two groups of hospitals.Results The excellent rate of hospital file management after the implementation of file informationization was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05);the error rate of hospital file management after the implementation of file informationization was significantly lower than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of file information construction in hospital file management can improve the rate of hospital file management and reduce the rate of management errors.It is worthy of promotion.
