摘　　要：目的了解高考补习生的身心健康状况,为高考补习生心理健康教育提供较科学、有效的理论±据和教育策略。方法2017-2018年采用康奈尔健康问卷(CMI)对80名高考补习生进行身心健康状况调查。结果80名高考补习生中发放80份问卷,有效78份,其中24人(30.77%)A-R分超过筛查界值,28人(35.90%)M-R分超过筛查界值;男女生在身心健康状况程度方面存在差异,且存在问题的侧重点也有明显的不同,但在身心健康状况的构成方面却无明显差异。结论部分高考补习生在心理和生理方面处于亚健康状态,女生存在的问题较男生而言更为严重;学校、家庭和社会应该共同关注他们的健康状况,采取各种措施以缓解其压力,维护其身心健康。Objective To understand the physical and mental health of the college entrance examination tutoring students,and provide a more scientific and effective theoretical basis and education strategy for the mental health education of college entrance examination tutoring students.Methods The Cornell Health Questionnaire(CMI)was 2017 to 2018 used to investigate the physical and mental health of 80 college entrance examination students.Results 80 questionnaires were issued out of 80 college entrance examination tutoring students,with 78 effective points,of which 24(30.77%)had AR scores exceeding the screening threshold,and 28(35.90%)had M-R scores exceeding the screening threshold;male and female students had differences in physical and mental health status,and the focus of the existing problems was also obviously different,but there was no obvious difference in the composition of physical and mental health.Conclusion Some college entrance examination tuition students are in a sub-health state in terms of psychology and physiology.Girls have more serious problems than boys.Schools,families and society should pay attention to their health and take various measures to relieve their pressure and maintain Its physical and mental health.
