农村妇女宫颈癌普查的有效措施探索

摘　　要：目的分析农村妇女宫颈癌普查的有效措施。方法选择某乡镇2018年5月-2019年6月接受宫颈癌普查的1500名农村妇女为研究对象。针对所有妇女展开普查宣教及心理干预,并按照标准宫颈癌普查流程,评估农村妇女伴宫颈癌的风险。结果该研究1500名农村妇女中,共检出17例宫颈癌,宫颈癌检出率1.13%。从宫颈癌的年龄分布来看,35~44岁妇女的宫颈癌检出率最高,为1.51%,而56~64岁妇女的宫颈癌检出率最低,为0.44%;普查后农村妇女宫颈癌知识知晓率95.47%、宫颈癌普查±从性水平92.33%,均高于普查前(P<0.05)。结论农村妇女的宫颈癌检出率较高,借助必要的宫颈癌普查宣教及心理干预,有助于改善其宫颈癌知识掌握状况及普查±从性。Objective To analyze effective measures for cervical cancer screening in rural women.Methods 1500 rural women who underwent cervical cancer screening from May 2018 to June 2019 in a township were selected as the research objects.Carry out general survey,education and psychological intervention for all women,and assess the risk of cervical cancer in rural women in accordance with the standard cervical cancer screening process.Results Among the 1500 rural women in this study,17 cases of cervical cancer were detected,and the cervical cancer detecting rate was 1.13%.Judging from the age distribution of cervical cancer,women aged 35-44 had the highest cervical cancer detection rate at 1.51%,while women aged 56-64 have the lowest cervical cancer detection rate at 0.44%.After detecting,rural women's cervix awareness rate of cancer knowledge was 95.47%,and the compliance level of cervical cancer detecting was 92.33%,both higher than before detecting(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of cervical cancer in rural women is relatively high.With the help of necessary cervical cancer screening education and psychological intervention,it is helpful to improve their knowledge of cervical cancer and their compliance with the screening.
