摘　　要：白介素-16(Interleukin-16,IL-16)是一种主要由CD8+T细胞衍生的具有多种功能的细胞因子。IL-16能够与CD4分子相结合从而介导CD4+细胞的趋化,参与多种炎症反应,与类风湿性关节炎、自身免疫性甲状腺疾病、2型糖尿病等疾病的发生发展有密切关系。本文就IL-16与炎症性疾病的关系作一综述。Interleukin-16(IL-16)is a cytokine with multiple functions derived mainly from CD8+T cells.IL-16 mediates the chemotaxis of CD4^+cells by binding to CD4 molecules,it participates in a variety of inflammatory reactions,and it is closely related to the development and progression of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis,autoimmune thyroid disease,and type 2 diabetes mellitus.This paper briefly describes the molecular structure and biological functions of IL-16 and its interaction with inflammatory proteins such as IL-6 through the PPI network of IL-16-related inflammatory proteins.This paper also reviews the relationship between IL-16 and inflammatory diseases.
