摘  要:为明确不同密度烟粉虱成虫取食对番茄幼苗生理指标的影响,选取宁夏主栽番茄品种粉印3号为供试植株,每株幼苗分别接烟粉虱成虫0头(对照)、30头(低密度)、60头(中密度)、120头(高密度),取食24 h后测定番茄叶片中叶绿素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素)、3种抗氧化保护酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)]、游离脯氨酸(Pro)及根系活力8项指标。结果表明:叶绿素质量比随着虫口密度增大而增加;随虫口密度增大,SOD活性先减少后增加,CAT活性随虫口密度增大而增加,POD活性则随虫口密度增大而减少,3种抗氧化保护酶活性在高密度处理下较对照均有所增加;不同虫口密度处理下游离脯氨酸质量比均比对照有所增加,且存在显著差异性(P<0.05);随着虫口密度增大根系活力先增强再减弱,低密度与中密度处理下的番茄根系活力均比对照有所增强。In order to explore the effects of Bemisia tabaci feeding on induced insect resistance of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum Mill),and illuminate the insect resistance mechanisms,we conducted an experiment in insectary.In the experiment,the tomato(cv Fenyin III)was tested plant in the seedling stage.Tomatoes were cultured in nutrient solution,and infected with B.tabaci adults 0(control),30(lower density),60(middle density)and 120(higher density)heads per plant,respectively.The contents of root activity,chlorophyll content,3 antioxidant enzymes[catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)],and proline in pepper leaves were determined after 24h of feeding of B.tabaci.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,carotenoid all increased with the increase of insect population density.With the increase of insect population density,SOD content first decreased and then increased,CAT content increased with the increase of insect population density,and POD content decreased with the increase of insect population density.The content of free proline increased under the treatment of different insect population density than that under the control treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).With the increase of insect population density,the root activity was enhanced and then weakened.
