摘 要:通过改变前驱体的添加量和水热反应时间,分别制备了三角形和球形的CeCO3OH及片状结构的Ce2(CO3)3·6H2O,制备的CeCO3OH具有粒度均匀、分散性好的特征。采用热重分析研究了CeCO3OH的分解特性,发现CeCO3OH在300℃附近完成分解;研究了不同形貌碳酸铈盐在空气条件下分解后的形貌及物相,结果表明在400℃空气条件下加热2 h后, CeCO3OH和Ce2(CO3)3·6H2O均分解为CeO2,分解后颗粒形貌保持不变,为不同形貌铈氧化物的制备提供了新途径。此外,紫外-可见漫反射光谱结果显示片状、球形及三角形CeO2的能带间隙分别为3.04, 3.11和3.20 eV,为得到具有较窄禁带的CeO2提供了新方法。The triangle, spherical CeCO3OH and lamellar Ce2(CO3)3·6 H2O were synthesized with different amount of Ce(NO3)3·6 H2O and heating time by a hydrothermal reaction. The obtained CeCO3OH has good characteristics of uniform particle size and dispersion. TG was used to reveal the decomposition characteristics of CeCO3OH, which indicates CeCO3OH is decomposed around 300 ℃. The morphology and phase of cerium carbonate with different morphologies after decomposition under air condition were studied. The results showed that the morphology of the particles unchanged after decomposition under 400 ℃ in air, which provides a new way for the preparation of CeO2 with different morphology. The UV-Vis DRS results showed that the band gaps of the lamellar, spherical and triangle CeO2 are 3.04, 3.11 and 3.20 eV respectively, which provides a new method for obtaining CeO2 with a narrower band gap.
