摘  要:借助Chromameter、Mexameter及Tewameter等仪器,对人工紫外线诱导后受试者皮肤颜色、皮肤血红素和黑色素含量以及皮肤水分流失量进行测试,探索经模拟日光照射后皮肤特性参数的变化趋势。结果表明,在多次低剂量照射过程中,皮肤L~*和ITA°值呈现降低趋势,a~*值、皮肤血红素及黑色素含量值逐渐升高,在停止紫外照射后的2周内,皮肤L~*和ITA°值逐渐升高,a~*值、皮肤血红素及黑色素含量值逐渐降低,但仍与对照组具有显著性差异;皮肤水分流失量在持续照射阶段及恢复阶段均未发生显著性改变。To explore the change of skin characteristic parameters after simulated sunlight exposure,the subject's skin color,content of skin hemoglobin and melanin,and transepidermal water loss(TEWL)after artificial UV induction were tested on 20 healthy Chinese females by using Chromameter,Mexameter and Tewameter.The results showed that during multiple low dose UV irradiation,L*values and ITA°value performed a decreasing trend,and the a*values,contents of skin hemoglobin and melanin increased gradually.Within 2 weeks after UV irradiation,L*values and ITA°increased,a*values and contents of skin hemoglobin and melanin decreased gradually,but all the obtained parameters showed significant different with that of control area.The TEWL value did not change significantly during the continuous irradiation phase and the recovery phase.
