摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱测定化妆品中甲巯咪唑含量的方法。样品经过甲醇超声提取后,用Aglient ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)分离,甲醇-水(10+90)作为流动相等度洗脱,PDA检测器于253 nm处检测。甲巯咪唑在质量浓度0.02~1.0 mg/L范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,其检出限为0.33 mg/kg,定量限为1.0 mg/kg。在不同类型的空白化妆品中进行加标回收试验,方法的回收率在91.5%~117%之间,方法的相对偏差在0.92%~9.52%之间。所建立方法前处理简单,分析准确,适用于化妆品中甲巯咪唑的测定。A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of thiamazole in cosmetics was developed.The sample was extracted with methanol by ultrasonic technique,and then separated on Aglient Zorbax SB-C18 chromatagraphic colume(4.6 mm×250 mm×5μm)with a mixture of methanol-water(10+90)as mobile phase under isocratic elution.PDA detection at the wavelength of 253 nm was adopted.Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of thiamazole was obtained in the range of 0.02 to 1.0 mg/L,with detection limit(3S/N)of 0.33 mg/kg.Test for recovery was conducted by addition of standard solution to blank sample for different types of cosmetics,values of recovery and RSD(n=6)were in the range of 91.5%to 117%and 0.92%to 9.52%,respectively.This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reliable,and could be used for the analysis of thiamazole in cosmetics.
