摘  要:采用膨胀颗粒污泥床厌氧反应器处理高浓度丙烯酸废水,考察了进水COD浓度、容积负荷、停留时间及回流比等因素对废水处理的影响。结果表明:在不同的进水COD浓度和有机容积负荷下,应选用不同的水力停留时间和回流比,以达到最佳的COD去除效果和产气率。在进水COD浓度为11000mg/L左右,容积负荷为3.8kgCOD/(m^3·d)左右,停留时间为70h,回流比为19的条件下,出水COD可达到1800mg/L左右,产气率达到486L/d,COD去除率达到83.7%;在进水COD浓度为7780mg/L左右,容积负荷为5.3kgCOD/(m^3·d)左右,停留时间为35h,回流比为12的条件下,出水COD可达到1290mg/L左右,产气率达到1154L/d,COD去除率达到83.4%。Expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB)was used to treat high concentration acrylic acid wastewater,and the factors affecting the treatment including COD of influent,organic loading,HRT,reflux ratio were explored.The results show that the optimal removal rate of COD and gas-producing ratio can be got by different HRT and reflux ratio under different COD concentration and organic loading of the influent.When the influent COD concentration was around 11000mg/L,the effluent COD can reach around 1800mg/L,the gas-producing ratio can reach 486L/d and the removal rate of COD can reach 83.7%at COD organic loading of 3.8kgCOD/(m^3·d),the HRT of 70h,and the reflux ratio of 19.And when the influent COD concentration was around 7780mg/L,the effluent COD can reach around 1290mg/L the gas-producing ratio can reach 1154L/d and the removal rate of COD can reach 83.4%at COD organic loading of 5.3kgCOD/(m^3·d),the HRT of 35h,and the reflux ratio of 12.
