摘　　要：突发性新闻事件泛指那些不可预料到的属于不可抗力因素下发生的不为人所能控制的新闻事件.对于这些突发事件的报道处理是新闻工作者们应当履行的社会责任,同时也是当下信息时代的必然诉求.本文就突发性新闻报道的特定条件下网络媒体的竞争力进行分析,并进一步在理论上探讨了新兴网络媒体对媒介情境的控制和利用,也为现代大众媒介的构想和发展提出有意义的理论延伸和实践指导.iBreaking news events generally refer to unpredictable news events that occur under force majeure and beyond the control of others.Reporting and handling of these emergencies is a social responsibility that journalists should perform,and it is also an inevitable demand of the current information age.This article analyzes the competitiveness of Internet media under the specific conditions of breaking news reports,and further explores theoretically the control and utilization of emerging Internet media on media situations,and also proposes meaningful ideas for the concept and development of modem mass media Theory extension and practical guidance.
