摘  要:随着永磁体加工工艺的进步和我国对稀土的大量开采,永磁发电机逐渐在各个领域发挥着作用。永磁副励磁机作为永磁发电机的一个发展方向,在三级式无刷励磁系统中扮演着重要的角色。针对永磁副励磁机极靴形状对副励磁机运行性能的影响,利用有限元软件Maxwell对永磁副励磁机建模分析并进行空载特性计算,使用参数化建模的方法进行优化,运用场路结合的方法,模拟出在额定负载时永磁副励磁机的运行状态。最后研究了极靴的宽度对永磁副励磁机运行性能的影响;选取了合适的极弧系数,为之后同类研究提供了参考。With the progress of the permanent magnet processing technology and the large-scale mining of rare earths in China,the permanent magnet generators have gradually played a role in various fields.As a development direction of the permanent magnet generators,the permanent magnet auxiliary exciters play an important role in the three-stage brushless excitation systems.Aiming at the influence of the pole shoe shapes of the permanent magnet auxiliary exciters on the operation performance of the auxiliary exciters,the finite element software Maxwell is used to model the permanent magnet auxiliary exciters and perform the no-load characteristic calculations.The method of parametric modeling is used for optimization,and the field-circuit method is used to simulate the running states of the permanent magnet auxiliary exciters under the rated loads.Finally,the influence of the pole shoe widths on the performance of the permanent magnet auxiliary exciters is studied.The appropriate polar arc coefficient is selected to provide a reference for the similar research in the future.
