摘  要:接触器是飞机电气系统中最基础的控制元器件之一,近年来海军航空兵飞机接触器故障频发,甚至发生过多起因接触器故障引发的重大飞行安全事故。开展接触器性能检测工作,研究退化规律和维护对策等意义重大,对于提高飞机系统的可靠性具有支撑作用。介绍了接触器在飞机上的实际使用条件和国军标检测方法之间的差异,分析了接触器机上的使用环境,设计了接触器检测试验条件及检测电路,并在自然环境下进行了试验,提出了能够指导部队接触器使用和维护的建议。Contactors are one of the most basic control components in aircraft electrical systems.In recent years,contactor failures of naval aviation aircraft have occurred frequently,and many major flight safety accidents caused by contactor failures have occurred.It is of great significance to conduct contactor performance testing,and study failure laws and maintenance countermeasures,which has a supporting role in improving the reliability of aircraft systems.This paper summarized the differences between the actual use conditions of the contactor on the aircraft and the detection methods of the national military standards,analyzed the use environment of the contactor on the aircraft,designed the test conditions and circuit of the contactor detection,and carried out experiments in the natural environment.Finally,suggestions were made to guide the military in using and maintaining contactors.
