关于加强安徽省非公企业工会干部队伍建设的思考——以安徽天康(集团)股份有限公司为例

摘　　要：建设一支高素质、专业化的工会干部队伍对于非公企业工会工作的有效开展起着重要的推动作用。本文以安徽天康(集团)股份有限公司为例,分析了安徽省非公企业工会干部队伍的基本情况及特点,总结了当前非公企业工会干部队伍存在的共性问题,提出了加强安徽省非公企业工会干部队伍建设的对策及建议。Constructing a high-quality and professional trade union cadres troop plays an important role in promoting the effective development of trade union work in non-public enterprises. Taking Anhui Tiankang(Group) Co., Ltd as an example, the paper analyzes the basic situation and characteristics of the trade union cadres in non-public enterprises in Anhui Province, and summarizes the common problems. The countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of trade union cadres in non-public enterprises in Anhui Province are put forward.
