摘  要:为了研究高压大功率笼型感应电机带不同负载情况下的温升特性,以一台1600kW电机为例,建立了电磁稳态条件下三维稳态温度场求解模型;给出了基本假设及相应的边界条件,确定了电机各部分的导热系数及表面散热系数;根据电磁场计算,得出了电机定子铁心损耗、绕组铜耗、转子涡流损耗及机械损耗等热源的分布;采用有限元法对电机三维稳态温度场进行了计算。并研究了该电动机在不同负载情况下的温升曲线,论文研究成果为分析高压大功率电机在不同工况下的温升特性提供了参考。In order to research the temperature-rise characteristics of high-voltage largepower squirrel-cage induction motors under different load conditions,a 1600 kW induction motor is taken as an example to establish a 3D steady-state temperature field model under electromagnetic steady-state condition.The basic assumptions and corresponding boundary conditions are given,and the thermal conductivity and surface heat dissipation coefficients of each part of the motor are determined.According to the calculation result of electromagnetic field,the distribution of heat sources such as stator core loss,windings copper loss,rotor eddy-current loss and mechanical loss are obtained.The 3D steady-state temperature field of the motor is calculated by finite-element method.The temperature-rise curves of the motor under different loads are researched,and the research achievement provides a reference of analyzing temperature-rise characteristic of high-voltage large-power squirrel-cage induction motors under different working conditions.
