摘  要:介绍了带式输送机用永磁低速大转矩变频直接驱动系统的组成与主要功能,从控制方式、功率平衡、传动效率及可靠性等四方面比较了永磁直驱系统与其它几种传统驱动方式的不同,总结出在需要低速大转矩的场合下,永磁变频直接驱动系统相较于其它传动方式而言,更适合应用于带式输送机的传动控制。This paper briefly introduces the composition and main functions of low-speed high-torque variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct drive system for belt conveyors.The permanent-magnet direct-drive system is compared with other traditional drive modes in four aspects of control method,power balance,transmission efficiency and reliability.It is concluded that the variable-frequency permanent-magnet direct drive system is more suitable for the transmission control of belt conveyor than other transmission methods in the occasions where low speed and high torque are required.It will bring very good economic benefits.
