摘　　要：讲述笼型三相异步电动机起动和调速的主要方式,分别对单速和多速电动机的全压直接起动和单速大功率电机的调压调频起动阐述分析,并对起动和调速过程中常出现的问题进行剖析,提出解决措施。This paper chiefly describes the main starting and speed control methods of squirrel-cage three-phase induction motor,respectively expounds and analyzes the full-voltage direct starting of single-speed and multi-speed motors and the adjustable-voltage adjustable-frequency starting of single-speed high-power motor,analyzes the problems that often appear in starting and adjustable-speed processes,and proposes the solutions.
