摘　　要：采用不同圆机编织纬编架空添纱组织时成圈原理不同,面料差异很大,介绍采用普通圆机分别利用单成圈系统、双成圈系统、3成圈系统编织架空添纱织物的编织原理,以及详细的编织工艺设计案例和面料特点。同时分析采用架空添纱4色调线电脑大提花机编织架空添纱大提花织物的面料结构特点。并提出生产架空添纱结构面料过程中的常见问题及注意事项,指出设计人员在设计此类面料前需充分了解各类机器性能特点的重要性。The loop forming principle is different when using different circular knitting machine to knitting weft knitted float plated stitch,and the fabric is also different.This paper introduces the knitting principles of float plated fabrics by using single knitting system,double knitting system and three knitting system on ordinary circular knitting machine,and presented in detail the knitting process design cases and fabric characteristics.At the same time,it analyzes the fabric structure characteristics of the float plated jacquard fabric knitted by the computerized jacquard circular knitting machine with 4 color auto-striper.And it puts forward the common problems and points for attention in the process of producing float plated fabrics.It points out that it is important for designers to fully understand the performance characteristics of various machines before designing such fabrics.
